What's the process to troubleshoot iGlucose devices?

If you or your users have issues with a meter, please follow these steps:

  1. Call or e-mail Smart Meter Technical Support at 844-445-8267 support@iglucose.com

  2. Please have the device ID, description of the issue, steps taken to resolve the issue, and any patient/shipping information ready.

  3. If you received the device back, please email us at support@iglucose.com and send the serial number, patient info, and details of what the issue is so that we may get a replacement properly assigned.

  4. Please also send an address where you would like the replacement sent.

  5. We will also send a return shipping label for the existing device to be sent back to Smart Meter
